THE SHORT VERSION: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, CREDITS, TRANSFERS, OR CHARGEBACKS ON ANY SERVICE, SESSION, COURSE, PROGRAM, OR PRODUCT ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE. THE ONLY EXCEPTIONS, AT OUR SOLE DISCRETIONION, ARE LISTED IN SECTION 5.
By making any payment to WriterBoy Enterprise LLC, d.b.a. WriterBoyFilms ("Company") through writerboyfilms.com or otherwise, you agree to this Refund Policy, which is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Paying means you accept it.
All fees for services are non-refundable, including: Pitch It sessions (script review, pitch sessions, consultations, 1-on-1 meetings), the Dreamers Program and any course or program tuition, and any other service, consultation, or session of any kind. Because these are scheduled, capacity-limited services where access to content, materials, and calendar time is committed the moment you book, all payments are earned and final at the time of booking.
Digital products, screener access, recordings, documents, course materials, and program content are non-refundable once purchased or accessed. Once you have received access to any digital content, no refund will be issued for any reason.
Shop orders: because products are produced or fulfilled per order, all sales are final. Damaged or defective physical items received will be replaced if reported within 14 days of delivery with proof - this replacement is our only remedy and is not a refund.
Missed sessions and no-shows: sessions you do not attend are forfeited and non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a rescheduled session, but rescheduling is a courtesy, not an obligation, and never converts into a refund or credit.
Rescheduling: session times may be moved only with our advance written agreement and at our sole discretion. Rescheduling is not a refund. If we cancel a session outright and cannot reschedule it, we will refund that specific session fee - this is the only case where a refund automatically applies.
The Company may, in its sole and absolute discretion, choose to issue a refund or credit in rare circumstances. Examples include: an unauthorized or fraudulent charge (contact us immediately); an accidental duplicate charge; a charge you clearly did not authorize; or a service that was never delivered at all and cannot be rescheduled. Requesting an exception is not a guarantee - the decision is entirely ours. Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
You agree NOT to initiate a credit card chargeback, bank reversal, or payment dispute through your bank, card issuer, or payment processor for any purchase you made and received (including sessions, services, programs, or products). A chargeback is a bank process; initiating one for a valid charge is a violation of these Terms and our Terms of Service. If you have an issue, contact us at kylie@writerboyfilms.com first - filing a dispute without contacting us violates this Policy. If you do initiate an improper chargeback: (a) your account and access may be terminated immediately and permanently; (b) you may be banned from all current and future programs and services; (c) we may pursue the disputed amount plus our costs and reasonable attorneys' fees through arbitration; and (d) any access, content, or materials provided to you may be revoked.
Payments, sessions, and program seats are personal to you. They may not be transferred, gifted, resold, or exchanged, and they cannot be applied to other services or future programs unless we agree in writing.
You expressly waive any right to a refund, credit, chargeback, or offset for all purchases except as stated in Section 5. If any part of this Policy is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, it applies to the maximum extent permitted by law. Governing law and dispute resolution follow our Terms of Service (Wyoming law; binding arbitration; no class actions).
